These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User") and 88fp ("the Platform", "We", "Us") governing all access to and use of the 88fp website, mobile site, and associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and card games. • You must not access 88fp from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited. Determining the legality of gambling in your location is solely your responsibility.
• You must provide accurate personal details including your real name and a mobile number you own and control. False information is grounds for immediate account closure.

88fp may require KYC verification at any point — including identity documents and proof of payment method ownership — before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction.

88fp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected partner banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By making a deposit you confirm the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within published timeframes. Processing may take longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an alternative has been approved by 88fp support following identity verification.
• 88fp reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation.
• Third-party deposits made on behalf of a member are not accepted. Any such deposit identified will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

88fp does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges which are outside 88fp's control. Members should check applicable fees with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

88fp may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published when the promotion is offered. The general conditions below apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise.

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as explicitly permitted under the specific promotion terms.
• 88fp reserves the right to withhold or reclaim a bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion or placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are only available to members who registered with accurate personal information. Accounts registered with false details are not eligible for any bonus.

88fp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected members as soon as reasonably practicable.

All bets placed on 88fp are subject to the specific rules published for each game or market at the time the bet is placed. By placing a wager, you confirm you have read and accepted the applicable rules. The following general provisions apply to all betting activity on the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Cancellations are not accepted except where 88fp identifies a clear technical error in the published odds or market.
• A bet may be voided where odds were published in error, where an event is cancelled, or where the outcome cannot be verified from official sources. In such cases the stake is returned to the member's account.
• Casino, slot, and crash game winnings are credited to the account balance immediately after each round concludes. Sports bet winnings are credited following official market settlement.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place or manage bets on 88fp is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

RTP percentages for all slot games are published by the relevant game provider and are accessible from the information panel within each game. RTP is calculated over a statistically significant sample of rounds and does not guarantee any individual session outcome. All game results are produced by independently certified RNG systems operated by the respective studios.

88fp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.

• The member is found to be under 21 years of age or to have provided false age information during registration.
• The member holds more than one account or has opened an account in another person's name or on behalf of a third party.
• There is evidence of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or match fixing, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the Platform.
• The member has requested self-exclusion or account closure under responsible gaming provisions.

Upon closure for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their last verified payment method, following completion of any outstanding verification.

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. A limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Members may activate alerts that notify them when a specified duration of play has been reached.
• Time-out: Members may request a temporary account time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which no bets may be placed and the account is inaccessible.
• Self-exclusion: Members wishing to stop gambling for an extended period may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion via 88fp support. Requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The 88fp name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of 88fp. Unauthorised use of any 88fp trademark or brand asset is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88fp Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; use data mining tools, bots, or scripts on the Platform; or frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any external site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88fp, its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to the following circumstances.

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance, whether or not 88fp had prior notice of the possibility of such losses.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where 88fp has not been negligent in fulfilling its security obligations.
• Losses arising from reliance on information or odds published on the Platform that contain errors, subject to 88fp using reasonable efforts to correct identified errors promptly.

Nothing in these Terms limits 88fp's liability for death or personal injury caused by 88fp's own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. In all other cases, 88fp's maximum aggregate liability to any member in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the incident.

88fp collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on 88fp you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out the categories of data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, retention periods, and your rights in relation to that data.

88fp uses SSL encryption across all pages that transmit personal or financial data. Member data is never sold to third parties. Data may be shared only with regulated payment processors, identity verification partners, and fraud prevention services operating under equivalent data protection obligations. Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting 88fp support.

88fp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 88fp will publish the updated Terms on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, notify affected members via their registered contact details. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of 88fp after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 88fp support. Closure requests submitted within 30 days of a material amendment will be processed on a priority basis with any eligible balance returned promptly.
